Using a Chess Cipher

Tonight I used a chess cipher to encode something that I want to reveal, but to get the message out I need to either arrange the chess pieces to a certain pattern or input the notations for the chess pieces, and what squares their on since its an 8x8 grid?

This works out great and is probably better than the one I used on my other website, which might have been solved by now since it uses a weaker algorithm than this one here?
