Project Black Knight

So far I found something I overlooked before from a masked figure that greets you at the site, only its the title of it that was in hexadecimal, which when run through a decoder revealed to be a URL, but it reads access denied and there is no way around that seeing that its meant to block people from accessing it, and I'm not going to try because I just wanted to see where it would lead?

I already thought about the possibility of a unique approach, but the best approach is to see if something comes to me instead of going down the rabbit hole further?
