James's Trap IV

Tonight I played the Edith bot as black this time just to see if I could win with the black pieces, but instead I took the bait and fell for my own trap when I captured white's knight, and then a pawn checkmated my king, since in that point of the game it was compromised with no other escape, or option since I walked into this trap?

My trap doesn't usually involve using bait but it worked for the computer!
