How to defeat AI

Today I played a long chess game with someone online that wasn't really a tournament, but served as more of a test against someone who I suspected of cheating because they had moves like a chess engine would? And I am familiar with how a computer plays chess, so I know.

This becomes a problem for us humans because then the computer wins, but then again I did capture my opponent's queen, so the day wasn't a total loss after all. But in order to defeat AI, you have to think like one. Focus on making countermoves and tactics that work!
