Ghost in the Machine

Last year I found something hidden in Ghost Net's source code that was revealed to be a poem to do with the speed of light that turned out to be letter numbers, and the same form of encryption was used again in another puzzle to do with rings of Saturn that were labeled with letter numbers, and strange symbols like the ones used in the Cicada Puzzles.

It wasn't till this year that I found the source code to an AI that was like the one from Ghost Net that I've seen before, but does this have anything to do with the past like last year or not?
