Deciphering Morse code

Today I deciphered some hexadecimal along with bits of Morse code in text and in an audio I found deciphering the hex which led to another audio that sounds like a ghost howling?

But the person who posted the website said something about 1/2 if you almost got it! And I found a hidden voicemail in hex which might be the final piece to the puzzle seeing that it mentions the word crack, like you cracked the code but did I?
