Changing the game

Today I worked on a chess cipher for my main website which still shows a checkmate like the other one, only now its more accurate and consistent with a game of Chess seeing that before you couldn't have a double checkmate like that, only their still known to happen but rarely do? It's supposed to give you the solver the impression that you lost to the other side!

I wanted to give the board a marble look while still sticking to the gray checkered board to match the lunar landscape. If anyone can solve this puzzle then let me know the solution?
