Today I figured that gibberish from that cipher wasn't just gibberish because I gave some more thought to the possibility of why someone would do that even if it was part of an ARG and took it to another level by translating the gibberish none-sense into a true sentence:


Quite so, now I am about to pay for the two of you or risk the truth that you are so silly that each zombie may destroy you promptly or to sit down, or to deal with the jolly heat, you are tanned to heal, for soon you may see glee in light, seek stool move as you talk for to ease you, be bold like.


This gives the final solution and is the original translation. I am a master codebreaker!
